Dance Challenge

We have once again challenged well-known people from Kuopio to take dance lessons and step onto the dance floor for charity!

This year’s challenge features:

Each participant in the challenge will be offered 10 dance lessons, and they will have the opportunity to plan the content of their performance together with their instructor. The challenge will culminate on June 9 at 6 PM at Circus Live, where the participants will showcase what they have learned in the form of a short dance performance.

The Dance Challenge is not a serious competition, but rather a warm-spirited and entertaining dance event!

Each participant has chosen a charity cause that is important to them, and at the end of the event the funds raised by sponsors and the audience will be donated to the cause selected by the winner. The winner will be chosen by the audience at the event.

Previous winners of the Dance Challenge are Tuomas Kiiskinen (2024) and Eeva Mertanen (2025).

There is no entrance fee to the event, but if you wish, you can support the charity by donating any amount on site.
