Sisältö: Energinen ja innostava 90 minuutin katutanssityöpaja lapsille, jossa tutustutaan breikin ja muiden street dance -lajien perusteisiin. Työpajassa harjoitellaan grooveja, footworkia, helppoja temppuja sekä lyhyt koreografia. Tunnin aikana kehitetään rytmitajua, koordinaatiota ja itsevarmuutta hauskassa ja kannustavassa ilmapiirissä. Sopii kaikille lapsille, jotka haluavat kokeilla katutanssia ja nauttia liikkeestä yhdessä.

A fun and energetic 90-minute street dance workshop for children, where participants get to explore the basics of breaking and different street dance styles. Through grooves, footwork, simple tricks, and a short choreography, kids will build coordination, musicality, and confidence while enjoying movement and creativity in a supportive environment. Perfect for curious movers who want to try street dance and have fun dancing together.

Opettajasta: Työpajaa ohjaa Pontus Linder, tanssitaiteilija, jolla on vahva tausta breikissä sekä club dance -lajeissa. Hän on Suomen maajoukkueen jäsen ja aktiivinen toimija breikkiskenessä esiintyjänä, opettajana, tuomarina ja fasilitaattorina. Pontus on moninkertainen Suomen ja Ruotsin mestari breikissä.

Hänellä on tanssipedagogiikan kandidaatin tutkinto Uniarts Stockholmista sekä fysioterapeutin tutkinto Arcada-ammattikorkeakoulusta Helsingistä. Pontus on tuottanut omia näyttämöteoksiaan vuodesta 2015 lähtien ja tehnyt yhteistyötä kansainvälisten ryhmien ja organisaatioiden kanssa, kuten Art of Spectra (SE), Race Horse Company (FI), Room to Manoeuvre (SC), Dance4 (UK) ja Pottporus (DE).

The workshops are led by Pontus Linder, a dance artist with a strong background in breaking and club dance styles. He is a member of the Finnish national breaking team and an active figure in the breaking community, working as a performer, educator, judge, and facilitator. Pontus is a multiple Finnish and Swedish champion in breaking.

He holds a BA in Dance Pedagogy from Uniarts Stockholm and a degree in Physiotherapy from Arcada University of Applied Sciences in Helsinki. He has been creating and producing his own stage works since 2015 and has collaborated with international companies and organizations such as Art of Spectra (Sweden), Race Horse Company (Finland), Room to Manoeuvre (Scotland), Dance4 (England), and Pottporus (Germany).
