Elo’s Well-being Mornings are held at Kuopio Market Square in Dance Pavilion Elo from June 6 to 14, 9:00–9:45 AM.

Saturday, June 7: Morning Tai Chi. Teacher: Tarmo Hakkarainen
Sunday, June 8: Morning Tai Chi. Teacher: Tarmo Hakkarainen
Monday, June 9: Fascia Method. Teacher: Tuula-Riitta Mutanen
Tuesday, June 10: Slow Flow Yoga. Teacher: Viivi Olkkonen
Wednesday, June 11: Slow Flow Yoga. Teacher: Viivi Olkkonen
Thursday, June 12: Morning Tai Chi. Teacher: Tarmo Hakkarainen
