Sisältö: In this masterclass, we will work on technique and choreography, focusing on movement precision, footwork control, and expressive interpretation. We will explore Tangos de Granada, a distinctive style from my homeland and one of the most representative forms of contemporary flamenco. Its dynamic rhythm and structure provide a great opportunity to develop both technique and improvisation. It is essential for all participants to bring flamenco shoes, as we will be working on rhythm, strength, and clarity in footwork. Teaching in English.

Opettajasta: Irene Morales (Granada- Spain).Irene Morales was born in the heart of Granada, surrounded by the city’s rich cultural heritage. She trained at the Reina Sofía Professional Dance Conservatory in Granada and the María de Ávila Higher Dance Conservatory in Madrid. Among her recognitions:
In 2023, she was awarded the Outstanding Dancer Prize by AISGE at the Madrid Choreographic Competition, where she also won the 2nd prize for solo choreography.
In 2024, she participated in prestigious festivals such as the Jerez Festival, Danza en la Villa in Madrid, and the renowned Festival Cante de Las Minas de La Unión. She has been part of major projects, including La Jota by Carlos Saura and Lorca y la Pasión, choreographed by Eva Yerbabuena, among others.
